How Do I Get Help Choosing the Right Color?

We offer 3 options to help you to find your perfect color match.

  • View our color chart online.
  • Email or text us photos of your current hair color and our color matching expert will advise you.
  • Order color swatches to be shipped to you so you can test them at home.

Can I Color the Hairpieces or Ponytails?

Sorry Gorgeous, but the answer is no. Please do not attempt to color or dye the hairpieces or ponytails. They are made from fibers that are already colored and will not withstand additional dyes/chemicals. We carry a wide range of colors for you to choose from. If you need help selecting your perfect color, please contact our customer service team at cs@LarsLeroux.com

Can I Use Blow Dryers, Curling Irons or Other Hot Tools on the hairpieces or Ponytails?

Our hairpieces and ponytails are heat resistant up to 350⁰ F. Please be aware that applying any heat to Our non-human hair products are designed to keep their curls and texture intact for a long time. You do not need to curl or even wash them. If the pieces start to look frazzled, simply use a hair extension spray to revive them.

Can I Shower or Swim in My Hairpieces?

We do not recommend this. Swimming or showering while wearing the hairpieces can put too much stress on the hair and create unmanageable tangles. Also, pool chemicals and salt can damage the hair and affect color.

How Fast do You Ship Orders?

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours, Mondays through Saturdays. You will receive a notification and tracking number once your order has shipped. *Please expect delays due to public holidays, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances (like what happened during the pandemic!)*

How long Does Delivery Take?

The speed of delivery depends on your location and the shipping service you select during checkout. All orders are shipped from Atlanta, Georgia. We will always send you an email with your tracking number which then shows your estimated delivery date.
Delivery within the USA typically takes 2-7 days depending on your location and the shipping service you selected at checkout.
USA Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days)
USA Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days)
International delivery can take 7-25 days depending on your location and the shipping service you selected at checkout.
If you need a rush order, please select the fastest delivery available at checkout.

My Tracking Says Delivered but I did Not Receive My Package

All orders will have a tracking number. If your tracking shows it was delivered but you did not receive it, please ask your neighbor, leasing office, post office or anyone in your household. Sometimes packages are misdelivered to the wrong house.

My Package Was Stolen, What Now?

Ugh! We’ve all seen those videos of thieves literally taking packages from porches. It’s a terrible experience to endure. Customers are responsible for providing an address that is safe to leave packages. If you suspect your neighborhood is at risk for porch theft, please consider using a PO Box as your delivery address. Lars Leroux will not be held responsible for porch theft, or where tracking information states the package has been delivered to the address submitted for your order, but not received.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally. If FedEx or DHL delivers to your country, we will ship it!
Please note that customer is responsible for any import duties, fees or taxes imposed by your country.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Do You Accept Returns or Exchanges?

Yes! Lars Leroux will gladly accept returns or exchanges of eligible products, if initiated within 30 days of delivery date. Simply email our customer service team at cs@LarsLeroux.com
Due to strict regulations concerning the hygiene and safety of hair products, and for the safety of our staff, we can only accept returns or exchanges if the items are in its brand new, unopened, original packaging and if the hair is unworn and untouched. We cannot accept returns or exchanges if the tamper/security seal is broken.
All hair accessories such as clips, combs, jewelry headbands etc are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns

How Do I Return my product?

Email us at cs@LarsLeroux.com to get a Returns Form, RMA number and the address to send your return. We may also require a photo of the product you intend to return to ensure it’s in the brand new, unopened, original packaging, with the void/tamper/security seal intact.
Please ensure that you save the tracking number for your return. Lars Leroux will not be held responsible for lost returns.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

How Soon Will I Receive My Refund?

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving your approved returned item. We will inspect your return item(s) to ensure it is unopened, unworn, undamaged and in its original, brand-new packaging with the void/tamper evident sticker intact. Once the returned item meets our criteria, the refund will be made to the same method you used for purchase. We do not refund shipping fees, taxes, or duties. Customer is responsible for the postage cost of returned items.

 

CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER

How Do I Change or Cancel My Order?

If you would like to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at cs@LarsLeroux.com
We strive to ship all orders quickly, so if your order has already entered our fulfillment queue or has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. If you’ve changed your mind but your order has already shipped, simply return the unopened package and we will refund you!
