ORDERS

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
All Credit Card charges will appear as Lars Leroux Hair on your bank statement.

Order Processing

Orders may take between 1-3 business days to process before shipping out. After orders are placed in our system, if you would like to make any changes or cancel your order, please email our customer service team at cs@LarsLeroux.com.
Once your order’s status is set to “shipped” we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. If you’ve changed your mind but your order has already shipped, simply return the unopened package and we will refund you!

Can I  Change or Cancel an Order

Orders may only be changed or canceled within 3 business hours from the time it was placed, if your order’s status is not yet marked as “shipped.” We strive to ship all orders quickly, so if your order has already entered our fulfillment queue or has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. If you’ve changed your mind but your order has already shipped, simply return the unopened package and we will refund you.
If you would like to make any changes to your order or cancel your order within the 3-business hour time frame, please email our customer service team at cs@LarsLeroux.com. Our business hours are 9:00am - 6:00pm (EST) from Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. The email will be sent to the same email address you used to place your order. If you did not receive it, please check your Spam or Junk folders, as it may accidentally be sent there. Please add Lars Leroux as one of your contacts to ensure you never miss important emails from us.

Backorders

Occasionally backorders occur when requests for a particular item exceed available inventory.
If a backorder occurs on your ordered product, we will contact you via email and you will be given the option to: (1) select a new item, (2) request to be placed on a priority waitlist to receive the product once it becomes available for shipment or (3) cancel the original order.

If we do not hear back on which backorder option you choose, backorders are canceled after 2 days and credited back to the method you used for payment.
When a backordered item becomes available, we will promptly ship the item(s) once with the original shipping method selected at checkout. For international orders containing multiple products, we do not ship partial orders. Therefore, your order will be shipped when all products ordered are available, unless you advise us otherwise.

Sales Tax

Lars Leroux is required to collect sales tax in accordance with each states’ respective sales tax laws. The appropriate charges will be added to your order total during checkout and displayed on your final order confirmation. If you have questions about your state’s sales tax, please contact your State Tax Agency.

Order Processing Times

We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email notification and tracking number once your order has shipped. *Please expect delays due to public holidays, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances*

Shipping Options

We offer multiple shipping options to suit your timeframe and budget. Lars Leroux reserves the right to select the best shipping service for your order unless otherwise requested by the customer. We utilize the following carriers for shipments: USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL.

Delivery Times

The speed of delivery depends on your location and the shipping service you select during checkout. All orders are shipped from Atlanta, Georgia. We will always send you an email with your tracking number which then shows your estimated delivery date. Delivery within the USA typically takes 2-7 days depending on your location and the shipping service you selected at checkout. USA Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days) USA Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days) International delivery can take 7-25 days depending on your location and the shipping service you selected at checkout. If you need a rush order, please select the fastest delivery available at checkout.

Shipping Costs

The exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Shipping cost will vary according to the weight of your package, your location, shipping carrier and the speed of shipping service you selected at checkout.
Lars Leroux offers FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $75 shipping within the continental US.
International customers, please note that Lars Leroux is not responsible for any duties, taxes, fees, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for international deliveries.

Package Not Received

If the tracking shows your item is lost in transit or does not move/update for over 10 days, Lars Leroux will reship your order at no additional cost to you.
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please ask your neighbor, leasing office, post office or anyone in your household. Sometimes packages are misdelivered to the wrong house. Lars Leroux will not be held responsible for porch theft, or where tracking information states the package has been delivered to the address submitted for your order, but not received.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Customers are responsible for providing an address that is safe to leave packages. If you suspect your neighborhood is at risk for porch theft, please consider using a PO Box or private mailbox as your delivery address. Lars Leroux will not be held responsible for porch theft, or where tracking information states the package has been delivered to the address submitted for your order, but not received.

Signature Delivery

Lars Leroux will require a delivery signature for orders over $200. We are aware that may customers waive the signature requirement through UPS My Choice. We do not recommend waiving the signature requirement because if the package is lost you have waived all liability; therefore, UPS cannot do a trace investigation to locate or recover the package.

Shipping/Billing Address

Safe Address for Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing an address that is safe to leave packages. Additional Shipping Charges

There will be a $20 automatic fee charged for shipments returned to Lars Leroux due to an incorrect address or refusal upon delivery. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in the event of a return or exchange of any kind. This applies to US orders only.

Shipping Delays

Once an order is shipped, Lars Leroux has no control over the shipping carrier’s speed of delivery. Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, inclement weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays and weekends do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return Policy

Lars Leroux will gladly accept returns or exchanges of eligible products*, if initiated within 30 days of shipping date. Simply email us at cs@LarsLeroux.com to receive your RMA number and Returns Form. We do not charge restocking fees. We will honor your return and refund the product cost, as long as you meet the criteria for returns. Customer is responsible for shipping costs for all returns or exchanges.
Due to strict regulations concerning the hygiene and safety of hair products, and for the safety of our facilities and staff, we can only accept returns or exchanges if the items are in its brand new, unopened, original packaging and if the hair is unworn and untouched. We cannot accept returns or exchanges if the void/tamper/security seal is broken.
All hair accessories such as clips, combs, jewelry headbands etc are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns.

How to Return a Product

Email our customer service team at cs@LarsLeroux.com to initiate your return.
We will gladly accept returns on all eligible products initiated within 30 days from the date of shipment. We will only accept returns where the product or packaging has not been altered, worn, or damaged and the void/tamper evident seal is still intact.
To Return You Item (s): Repackage your item(s) carefully to prevent damage during transit. Include the Returns Form with your RMA number. Ship your returns to the address provided by our Customer Service team. Any other address used will put your item at risk for getting lost in the mail, sent to the wrong company, or delaying your refund.

Return Product Eligibility

Lars Leroux gladly accepts return/exchange of all eligible products no later than 30 days from the original ship date.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if the void/tamper/security seal is broken.

Eligible Products:
Unopened, brand new, with the void/tamper security seal intact.
In original factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no odor or signs of wear or styling product, void/tamper/security seal still intact).
Must have tags attached and in original packaging.
Items must be returned within 30 days of the original ship date of the order.


Ineligible Products…We will not accept returns for the following products:
Any item where the void/tamper/security seal is broken or altered.
Worn items or items containing any signs of wear including odor or styling product.
Damaged packaging or product as well as discontinued, closeout, and final sale call items.
Hair Care items such as hair styling products, hair clips, jewelry hair accessories.
**Ineligible products received by Lars Leroux will be returned to you at your expense**.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving your approved returned item. We will inspect your return item(s) to ensure it is unopened, unworn, undamaged, and in it’s original, brand-new packaging with the void/tamper evident sticker intact. Once the returned item meets our criteria, the refund will be made to the same method you used for purchase. We do not refund shipping fees, taxes, or duties. Customer is responsible for the postage cost of returned items.
